PROGRAM TERMS
Open only to current Ruli customer users in good standing legally permitted by law, employer policy, and contract to receive referral incentives. To qualify, the referred prospect must be new to Ruli, book and complete a bona fide demo using Ruli’s referral link, and include the referrer’s full name in the “Referred by” field. One referrer per referred company; the first valid referral recorded by Ruli controls. Referrers receive a $100 Amazon gift card for each qualified demo and a $1,000 Amazon gift card if the same referred company signs its initial paid agreement for Ruli within 90 days after the qualified demo. One demo reward and one customer reward per referred company. No self-referrals, renewals, expansions, referrals of existing customers or their affiliates, or referrals involving government officials or anyone prohibited from accepting incentives. Rewards are personal, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and subject to applicable tax reporting. Dinner invitations are subject to date, location, capacity, event terms, and compliance with employer policies; travel and lodging are not included. Ruli may reject referrals, withhold rewards, or modify or end the program for fraud, abuse, ineligibility, ethics concerns, or program changes; verified rewards earned before termination will be honored.
