Earlier this year, we shared our vision for Ruli’s Word Extension, and today we’re excited to report that over hundred users are actively using it. It has been a tremendous success.
We also promised and delivered expanded legal data sources. Users can now research cited Federal and State Laws/Regulations directly within our Assistant, enhancing the precision and reliability of their work.
Our webinars have brought fresh perspectives to the legal community, and we’re committed to building on that momentum. We had 4 webinars joined by over 5,000 members of the legal community. We covered key topics such as information security, emerging AI trends and tools, the evolving role of AI, its application for in-house legal teams, and the future of legal careers. Our Team and Advisory Board also continues to grow. We recently welcomed John Lee as our GC & Head of Strategy here at Ruli. We also welcomed Markus Hartmann, CLO at Dragon GC (and former GC of Mister Car Wash), who brings extensive experience working at private and Fortune 500 companies building in-house counsel teams and is a Harvard Law alumni.

Assistant: Full U.S. coverage of Federal and State Laws and Regulations are now directly in our model, in addition to aggregating the latest Global legal updates from web sources.
DataGrid: Now supports over 10,000 documents per project and delivers significantly improved accuracy and extraction speed, even across complex contract libraries.
Word Extension: You can now generate Tailored Playbooks directly from your standard agreements. If you’ve struggled to find the time to build playbooks,, this update is for you!
Legal Hub: Ruli now works autonomously inside Slack. Just tag us in a channel or thread, and let Ruli instantly answer FAQs or surface the right policy for the business team.
Chat History: Easily search through your past conversations with Assistant to revisit insights or responses when you need them.
Deep Search: Ruli Assistant can now pull in trusted legal information from the open web to support your research.
Export to Word/Excel: Download any Assistant response directly into Microsoft Word or Excel to streamline documentation and reporting.
We’re also excited to share the upcoming launch of Legal Research mode in Ruli Assistant. This new feature will perform deep research analysis and provide side-by-side view of the analyzed legislative text, trusted curated sources, all within a single chat experience.
